14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services purchased from Digitall Technology via the website digitall-technology.uk, including products purchased through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited.
1. Eligible Products
Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers all paid products:
- Lifetime Licenses — including SmartWMS Lifetime, SmartCMMS Lifetime, and any future product Lifetime licenses ($99 / one-time)
- Cloud Add-on Subscriptions — multi-user sync and web access add-ons
- Enterprise Custom Quotes — refund terms negotiated individually as part of the contract
Note: The free desktop edition requires no payment, so no refund is applicable.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple — no forms, no scripted phone calls. Just send us an email:

- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Please include:
- The email address you used to purchase
- Your Order ID (found in the Paddle receipt email)
- Optionally — a brief reason (this helps us improve, but is not required)
4. Processing Time
- We acknowledge your refund request within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days from acknowledgement.
- The refunded amount typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit card payments → refunded to the original card
- PayPal payments → refunded to your PayPal account
- Apple Pay / Google Pay → refunded to the linked source
We are not able to issue refunds to a different account or payment method than the one used for purchase.
6. License Deactivation Upon Refund
Once your refund is processed, the associated license key will be deactivated. You agree to:
- Stop using any paid features unlocked by the license
- Uninstall the software if you no longer wish to use the free edition
- Delete any backups containing the refunded license key
The free desktop edition remains available regardless of the refund.
7. Exceptions and Limitations
While we honor refund requests in good faith, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeated refund abuse — multiple refund requests on the same product or by the same customer to circumvent payment
- Fraudulent activity — chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or use of stolen payment methods
- Beyond the 14-day window without exceptional circumstances
- Enterprise / Custom contracts — refund terms specified in the individual contract take precedence over this general policy
8. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, please contact us first at hello@digitall-technology.uk before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue quickly and fairly.
Unilateral chargebacks bypass our support process, incur additional fees, and may result in:
- Permanent license deactivation
- Account suspension on our platform
- Disqualification from future purchases
9. EU / UK Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have additional statutory rights under consumer protection law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases (subject to specific conditions). Our refund policy meets or exceeds these statutory requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated policy becomes effective. Purchases made under a previous version of this policy will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
